Hi! My name is Jillian Manning and I am a senior Cell Biology and Genetics major. I work in the worm side of the lab. I have always been interested in science and many of my biology and chemistry courses enhanced my passion for studying molecular biology and genetics.
Outside of the lab I worked as a research intern at NIDDK, am a TA for BIOM301 (Introduction to Biometrics), GSS leader for Biochemistry I, tutor for General Chemistry I, member of the Professional Biology Fraternity (Beta Psi Omega), and I love to work out.
